Lyn Hemeury is a BACP-accredited Counsellor, Clinical Supervisor, and co-founder of White Lodge Therapy, bringing over thirteen years of professional experience supporting adults, couples, children, young people, and families. Her work is grounded in a compassionate, relational approach that helps clients explore their emotional world safely and constructively.

Lyn’s therapeutic style is integrative, drawing on a rich blend of modalities including psychodynamic therapy, CBT, EMDR, attachment-focused work, creative approaches for children and young people, and solution-focused strategies. This allows her to tailor therapy to each client’s needs, goals, and lived experiences. Her specialist interests include attachment, emotional dysregulation, trauma, and relational difficulties, themes she has worked with extensively across NHS, crisis, community, and private practice settings.

Alongside her clinical work, Lyn is an experienced Clinical Supervisor, offering reflective, relational supervision informed by the Seven-Eyed Model. She supports therapists in deepening their clinical insight, strengthening therapeutic relationships, and maintaining ethical, effective practice.

Lyn’s background includes significant roles within NHS children’s and adolescent mental health services, crisis teams, and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Private Medical Insurance (PMI) settings. She has delivered specialist crisis assessments, brief therapeutic interventions, and multidisciplinary care planning for young people in acute distress. She has also held senior clinical and managerial roles, leading teams, shaping service quality, and ensuring safe, person-centred care.

As co-owner and Practice Manager of White Lodge Therapy, Lyn oversees the smooth running of the service, supports a team of therapists, and ensures that the practice remains accessible, ethical, and client centred. She is committed to fostering a warm, inclusive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.
