Cara Cobb
Cara is a Person Centred Counsellor, registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Cara provides a humanistic counselling approach that puts her clients at the centre of the work. In Cara’s experience, working in this way allows her clients to reach a better understanding of themselves and the issues they may be faced with. It can also help to boost her clients confidence, allowing her clients to have more trust in their own instincts and decision making.
Looking for help and support is a courageous step, and Cara can help you by providing a confidential space to speak your worries and fears out loud. Cara can support you as you experience emotions you may have been holding in or keeping to yourself, all while lending you her strength as together we can help you get to where you want to be physically and or emotionally. Cara’s only goal is to ensure her clients have a safe space to discuss their feelings and issues without feeling judged, and that you leave sessions feeling accepted and heard.
