The 6-step approach to weight management is not diet focussed. The Practice’s aim is for you to have a better, healthier relationship with food. The subconscious mind is where all bad habits are stored and your Therapist will work with you to identify the causes of your overeating and with the help of hypnotherapy and cognitive behaviour therapy you will control your portion sizes, overcome boredom and emotional eating and any other obstacles that currently stand in your way from being the shape and size you wish and deserve to be. Using hypnotherapy and psychotherapy techniques, the cause of your overeating can be explored and your out of date behaviour updated.
