Around 12 million people a year, in the UK alone, see their GPs for stress related illnesses and is a common condition brought to the Practice.  In today’s society most people encounter stress at some point in their lives and a certain amount of it can be dealt with naturally but when it becomes too much to cope with it can be enormously debilitating and can affect our quality of life.  Prolonged or excessive stress caused by pressure from work, home, relationships or social factors can lead to illness – both physical and mental leaving us exhausted and in extreme cases can lead to panic attacks and depression.

Through therapy you will be able to control your stress levels enabling you to have a much calmer, more confident and balanced approach to all situations
