Insomnia

Most of us at some time have experienced difficulty sleeping.  Problems arise when the difficulty becomes regular and pattern forming.

It’s important we establish what type of insomnia you are suffering eg. difficulty falling asleep when first going to bed or waking during the night and then finding it hard to get back to sleep.  Or do you find it difficult to wake in the mornings?

Stress and anxiety can also cause insomnia and the long term consequence of continued anxiety and difficulty sleeping can be serious.  By using various methods of therapy including hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioural techniques, the Practice is able to help clients sleep peacefully again.
